Faced constant disruptions with housekeeping needing access, and check-in was chaotic. However, I appreciated the effort of friendly staff amidst the confusion.

Clean, modern rooms made for a comfortable stay.
The check-in process was a nightmare. nobody was at the reception. I stood there waiting for what felt like forever until I finally had to shout for assistance. The housekeeping was non-existent during my three-night stay, leaving us to hunt for fresh towels and clean our own mess. For the price we paid, I expected at least some basic service, but clearly, that wasn't a priority here.

I was impressed by the hotel's modern decor and accessibility. The lobby was beautifully designed with comfortable seating, and there were useful amenities like luggage carts, making it easy for seniors like me to maneuver around.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on Aug 09hearty breakfastheated poolleisure roomrollaway bed issue
Had a great night with my family, enjoying the delicious breakfast with eggs and sausage. The comfy pool area for some fun together! We loved that there was a heated pool and a leisure room to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was a minor issue with the rollaway bed, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. 😊

great service but average room quality
The check-in process exceeded my expectations, thanks to the extremely friendly staff! The location is convenient for family activities, making it easy to access attractions. The cleanliness of the common areas was impressive, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere.
The room amenities felt a bit outdated.

Culver's hit the spot with their delicious butter burgers, and AJ's Steakhouse? A meat lover's dream. Plus, the breakfast was pretty decent, even if it could have been a little hotter.
However, don’t get me started on breakfast—it was a chilly affair. By 6:45 am, the eggs and sausages were cooler than a polar bear in a snowstorm. If health inspectors popped by, I’d be worried!
